Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about the AI phone receptionist and your new website. Don't see your question? Just reach out.

What is the AI Phone Receptionist?+

It's an AI agent that answers the calls your business misses. It greets callers like your company, takes down their name, phone, town, job, and timing, and texts the whole lead to your phone in seconds. You call back when you're free and win the job.

What happens when a customer calls my business?+

Your phone rings first, like always. If you answer, nothing changes. If you can't, the AI picks up after the number of rings you choose. You can also set it to full after-hours coverage, or forward everything if that suits you better.

Will the AI quote prices to my customers?+

Never. The AI takes the job details and tells the caller you'll follow up with a price. Every job gets priced by you, the way you want. That's a feature, not a limitation. It protects your margins.

What does the AI receptionist cost?+

$299 one-time setup, then $199/month. That covers your custom greeting, script, and voice, all your call answering, instant lead texts, a log of every lead, and same-day changes whenever you need them. Bundle it with a website build and the $299 setup fee is waived.

Will callers know it's not a person?+

It's customized with your greeting, script, voice, and answers to your common questions, so it sounds like your business, not a generic robot. What matters to most callers is that someone picked up, took their info, and they got a fast callback.

How do I change my greeting, hours, or script?+

Text me. There's no dashboard or software to learn. New hours, a new service, a different greeting: changes are done same-day.

How much does a website cost?+

Websites start at $500 for a Starter one-page site, $750 for Pro (the most popular), and $1,000 for Premium with booking or ordering features. It's a one-time build cost. You only pay again if you choose the optional $149/month maintenance plan.

How long does it take to build?+

Most one-page sites are ready in 3–5 business days once you've sent over your content (photos, text, logo, etc.). The clock starts when I have what I need from you. If materials come in slowly, the timeline shifts accordingly.

What do I need to provide?+

The basics: your business name and contact details, a description of your services, any photos or logo you have, and your hours and service area. Don't have professional photos or polished text? No problem. I can work with what you've got and help shape it.

Do you handle hosting?+

Yes. Your site is hosted on fast, reliable, secure infrastructure. Hosting and ongoing upkeep are covered under the optional $149/month maintenance plan, which also includes backups, security, uptime monitoring, and small edits.

What's included in the maintenance plan?+

For $149/month you get hosting, an SSL security certificate, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and up to two rounds of small edits each month (text changes, photo swaps, hours updates, and the like). It's a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime.

How many revisions do I get?+

Every build includes up to two rounds of revisions so we can get it just right. Need more changes after that? They're billed at $75/hour (one-hour minimum), or covered under your monthly maintenance plan if you have one.

Who owns the website when it's done?+

You do. Once your final payment is made, the website and its content are yours to keep. No hostage situations, no surprises.

How do payments work?+

It's a simple 50/50 split: half upfront to get started, half when the site is complete and ready to launch. You can pay securely by card, or by other arrangement we agree on. Full terms are in the Client Agreement.

Can you update or redesign my existing website?+

Absolutely. Whether you've got an outdated site, one that's hard to update, or you're paying too much for a clunky platform, I can redesign it into something clean, fast, and easy to maintain, often for less than you're paying now.

Will my site show up on Google?+

Every site is built with proper local SEO basics so customers searching for your service in your area can find you. Pro and Premium builds also include Google Business Profile setup & optimization: claiming and optimizing your Google listing (the map result) so local customers can find and call you. SEO is an ongoing effort, but you'll start on solid footing.

Do you only work in Bergen County?+

I'm based in North Jersey and serve Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic Counties, plus nearby New York (Pearl River, Nanuet, Nyack, and beyond). Since everything can be handled remotely, I can work with businesses outside the immediate area too.

Can you take card payments for my business?+

Yes. Beyond websites, I help local businesses set up honest, transparent card processing with no junk fees or equipment leases. Many owners are overpaying without realizing it. Ask me to take a look at a recent statement.
